it's perfect for winterizing! The host left for us heaters and dehumidifier. Close to the center and the ocean, but away from the noise. The interior is very stylish and everything in the apartment is modern! There is a coffee machine and all the kitchen utensils for a long stay.

I liked that it was clean and everything worked and I was very comfortable. I was a good tiny house experience. The bottle of wine was a very nice touch ;)

It was 14 degrees when I arrived and it only got to 16 degrees after 24 hours with the heater on full. It was really cold, but I tend to always be cold. However, it does need more heating - including the bathroom in the winter months.

It is very compact. But really well planned out. Everything you need is there. It's very nice and modern. Small rooms. But fine for two people. Comfortable. Location is perfect. Not noisy. Some parking outside. A good Mexican restaurant bar just down road.

All is good for us. Be careful with head in bathroom. As low ceiling when entering. If over 175cm tall. Be careful. But it's padded so good.

Location to bus station terminal (300m), marina (400m), supermarket (650m) and old town (350m). Very good wifi. Coffee machine and microwave. Start up coffee, nespressos, milk and a bottle of wine.

No aircon during August - difficult to sleep at night with the heat. (advertised "fan" is not a roof fan but an 8 inch portable fan that does nothing to cool the apartment down). Lack of cupboard space. Small bar fridge with no ice trays.

clean and modern location, all you needed was there.
