Ricardo was very friendly, we wehe very satisfied - we received all possible information from him about the apartment, the available trips with links to websites — really a very thorough welcome

There is no elevator, but we had counted on that in advance when making the reservation.

O Ricardo é muito simpático , sempre pronto a ajudar, muito prestável. Alojamento muito bem localizado, cerca de 10 minutos a pé do centro. Apartamento muito bem limpo.

Magnífico apartamento, bien ubicado, amplio, confortable y muy limpio. La cocina está muy bien equipada, y los dormitorios y cuartos de baño también. Ricardo es un magnífico anfitrión. La comunicación con él ha sido muy fluida y cordial. Además, nos dejó un kit de bienvenida y mucha información útil de la ciudad.

"De lo mejor de Ponta Delgada"

La casa estaba impoluta, ni una mota de polvo. Tenía cosas para cocinar, una vajilla muy completa, cubiertos, cafetera, micro, etc Ricardo, el anfitrión, una persona super cercana y atenta. Tiene un montón de sitios guardados y está disponible en cualquier momento para resolver dudas

Lo único que podría decir es que es un cuarto piso sin ascensor, que para la gente que no puede andar mucho está complicado; y que las camas son muy duras, al menos para nosotros.

Todo bien, ubicado a 10 minutos andando del centro de Ponta Delgada, perfecto para aparcar el coche sin dificultad. El propietario muy flexible con la hora del check-in.

El apartamento es fiel a las fotos, muy limpio y comodo. El trato de Ricardo no puede ser mejor. La ubicación del apartamento es bastante buena, cerca del paseo maritimo.
