Nice appartement in relatively central parts of Porto. The metro station is not far away, enabling easy access to major spots of the city. Walking towards the central parts of Porto is also easy and it seems quite safe.

I have felt deceived with the communication and the responsiveness of the hosts on the topic of Internet connection. The appartement is described with solid WiFi - which is not the case. No Internet connection (nor TV signal) was available throughout my stay at this place. For someone travelling for work purposes, and coming from abroad, it is a major topic. I have pointed this issue immediately upon my arrival, which made the host(s) to intrude the appartement (without my consent on Saturday afternoon) during my stay there (you can notice the difference in the position of router and the TV stand, which was quite a surprise upon my return to the appartement on Saturday evening). Even with this intrusion, they did not resolve the issue before my departure - eventually they simply stopped replying on my messages thinking that I will be leaving soon. This was rather unconventional behavior. Moreover, the quality of available items (such as kitchen utensils) and marked walls, shows that this place is used just for revenue generation, where they lack interest on the quality offered to their visitors. This said, I would advise you to save your money and your time and book lovely appartements offered in proximity of central Porto (for same or even more affordable price).

In the property listing, they say it has 50 sqm, but it has less than 30 sqm for sure, and when I asked about it, they did not want to admit it, which disappointed me. Also, the wall nearby the table was really dirty, I understand that other guests probably did this, but it should be fixed before renting it again. The windows were dirty, I believe they could be cleaned for an improved first impression of the space.
