We liked the staff and the overall cleanliness. The elevator and the code system for entry were excellent. We also liked the two little balconies where you could step out and look down and around; very interesting views of surrounding buildings.

The top floor apartment was more like a garret. The bedroom featured a slanted roof, and it was an athletic feat to get into one side of the bed. Also the heavy glass doors were weird; when you opened them a certain way, they unexpectedly fell out about 6". Without a warning, one was scared the whole door frame was going to land on your head! We had to ask the reception what was going on. Also..there were no instructions that we could find on how to use the cooktop (a microwave but no toaster oven) or the coffee maker, so we had to buy instant coffee and couldn't really bake anything. But the worst thing was the slippery shower floor, which appeared to be a glossy plastic, with no grab bars or soap dish or shower rack for shampoo. These issues should be regarded as suggestions for future guests.
