Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, ścisłe centrum Ponta Delgada, blisko portu, ratusza. Mnóstwo doskonałych restauracji obok obiektu i w najbliższym pobliżu, bliskość sklepów na codzienne zakupy. Fantastyczni Gospodarze - Julia i Nuno. Zawsze pomocni, mieli dla nas małą niespodziankę. Wyposażenie obiektu znakomite, sprzęt wysokiej klasy, internet szybki i stabilny. Wydajna klimatyzacja. Wbrew opiniom hałas dobiegający nocą z ulicy nie przeszkadza, ten z bliskości restauracji i kafejek, bo ulicznego nie ma - droga wyłączona z ruchu samochodowego.

Raczej dla dwóch osób, bez niepełnosprawności ruchowej (strome schody, kiepski komfort spania w aneksie kuchennym). Coś, na co Właściciele nie mają wpływu: parking, a właściwie jego brak, ale to problem całego Ponta Delgada. Trzeba trochę poszukać miejsca do parkowania, nawet płatnego.

Parking spot is not guaranteed and not part of apartment as advertised.

The apartment is right in the center close to many monuments and restaurants. The apartment is on a pedestrian street, so there is no parking lot, however within 5 minut walking distance from the apartment there is a free public parking lot. The apartment has one upstairs bedroom with a balcony, a kitchen with a sofa and a another bedroom with a sofa. There was only one closet in the bedroom, but there was no room to put our stuff in the living room. The bathroom is nice and spacious but there could be more shelves next to the sink. Otherwise the apartment was amazing, spacious, with easy check in and check out. You can also find there a washing machine or a hairdryer.
