excellent location, good apartment layout, air conditioning and wifi worked well

Slow shower drain, sofa bed was uncomfortable. Having to pick up keys from another location was very inconvenient and could easily be remedied by utilizing door codes. Charging to store luggage seems like a money grab as arrival times are typically dictated by transportation schedules, so it is out of the control of the travelers. Hotels typically allow guests to store luggage for free if rooms are not ready. The office has the space to hold luggage, so charging customers to do so seems inhospitable.

Great location, the main attractions were within walking distance. Everything you need was there.

I loved the place but it would have been easier to use a key locker instead of searching for the place to get the keys depending on the day of the week and the hour and only then walking with your luggage back. There is no real door between the rooms, not much of privacy. It would have been useful to have luggage storage, we used Barcelona street location for that and it was not convenient at all.

The apartment is located in heart of the bustling shopping area, yet being on the 5th floor it is very quiet. The interior is well decorated, with good quality furniture, lighting and finishes. It has air conditioning and elevator so it is convenient and comfortable for our family of 3. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Lisbon and in the apartment. We will be back!

The apartment has an electronic key pad, but the check-in procedure still requires to pick up a physical key from the welcome center blocks away. Hope in the future, the pre check-in and electronic key would be sufficient without the need for picking up a key at a 2nd location.
