"Perfect for what we needed but the flat needs some tlc."

The location was perfect. Just in the right part of town and overlooking the sea

It was damp inside and smelt a bit musty when we arrived. We had to open all the doors to get rid of the smell.

"Needs renovation - Great location"

The location is one of the best, i think!

The appartment needs an urgent refresh (a total renovation). Apart from that, there are a few touches that could take place without the need of a renovation that would make a difference. Unfortunately the flat feels that it is left behind. In some cases, some equipment (like the ironing equipment), were so old that you could't use them. Maybe I wouldn't have an issue if the price was much lower, but it is not.
