Casa d Sintra

Carlos came and picked us up from the train station which saved us from having to walk in the rain at night or order a Bolt/Uber! He also made arrangements so we could leave our luggage for the day and pick up in the evening. The location was fantastic. A two minute walk to the National Palace of Sintra (not to be confused with Pena Palace); a ten minute walk to Quinta da Regaleira; 15 steps from Casa Piriquita where you can try two of Sintra's famous pastries, travesseiro and Queijadas de Sintra. Five steps away, in other words, close the door to the apartment building, turn yourself around and walk straight into Tasco do Xico or a delicious dinner.

No complaints here! The accommodations were clean, comfortable and roomy for two.

La localización es complicada por ser el centro histórico, pero el dueño se ocupó de los permisos y nos guió hasta encontrar la plaza en la zona del aparcamiento. Ha sido de mucha ayuda con las maletas y todas las demás explicaciones. El apartamento es muy coqueto, acogedor y cómodo, está en el corazón de Sintra pero es muy tranquilo.

Todo estuvo bien, quizás se podrían completar las copas del vino porque eran solo dos para cuatro que estuvimos.

유명한 에그타르트집이 가깝고 식당,카페 많음. 침대편안함,욕실크고 주방에서 음식해먹기가 좋음. 호스트가 역까지 데리러 와주었고 친절함.

바깥쪽 창문이 거리쪽인줄 알았는데 골목쪽이었음. 식당과 가까워 창문열어놓으면 2층 식당과 서로 잘보여 계속 닫아놓아 답답했음. 인덕션사용시 히터를 꺼야 가능해서 불편했음. 히터를 켜도 방이 약간 추웠음(비가 오는 1월)

Isäntä oli erittäin ystävällinen ja avulias, näytti meille autopaikan ja vei autollaan perille asuntoon. Asunto oli erittäin hyvin varusteltu ja kodikas. Sijainti oli loistava.

It was comfortable. Shower excellent . Bed cosy. Well stocked kitchen. Easy location to get to everywhere in Sintra

Quite tricky to dry bathroom towels.

Super host and location

Lo bien situado que estaba, lo limpio que estaba todo ,el buen trato del anfitrión nos ayudó a encontrar aparcamiento y estuvimos muy bien.

Friendly and easy check in. Allowed us to check in a bit early, too. Wish we had stayed longer. Photos are from just outside the apartment.
