Location was convenient & parking was Free. Host - Francisca was very helpful in when I had questions.

No Lift. had to walk up 3 floors to get to apartment. Key lock was not so user friendly.

Everything is excellent.

Except the shower drains system was not working well.

The location is good (not great). The building is old and dark, but the apartment has a good size and it has a lot of natural light. It's good. Shower is also good. Check in was quite easy. The apartment was ready before our check in time.

Definitely the bed, it's very uncomfortable, it's hard and you feel all the springs. There's no microwave. The apartment we got was on the third floor, there's no elevator, so be prepared. If you have a lot of luggage or mobility problems, definitely not the place for you. The "free parking" exists, but... it's on the street and everybody else in the city is also looking for a parking space. We were lucky to get a spot, but the street was packed during all our stay. We chose not to use the car and it was the right decision. If you plan to use the car you will have problems to find a space to park.

The owners! I had issues with the safe keys, and they promptly gided me straight away by fhone! I lost the keys on the first day, and I can not explain how calm and helpful they were! I was travelling with a 67y and a 2y baby, and they made me feel welcome and safe. Great communication 👏

Great value for money. Cozy and practical. Awesome location. Had lots of things we didn't expect that came in handy.

Missing a few essentials: body soap; potholder/kitchen glove; bin bags; etc We were surprised with the Braga City Council Tax, after paying for the room. That should have been included in the price right away.

Water damage occurred in the built-in wardrobe in the flat due to the heavy rain. As a result, my clothes got wet and partially damaged. Mould is clearly visible in the wardrobe. After 3 days, I was able to move to another flat belonging to the landlord, but this was only possible thanks to my good local contacts. My enquiries were ignored by the landlord. The shower is poorly constructed as the water does not drain and also runs out of the joint into the whole bathroom. The tap also almost falls out of the fitting. Because there is always humidity the smell in the bathroom is disgusting. You can't see outside through the 2 small windows in the roof. In hot temperatures, no oxygen gets in at all when ventilating and when it gets colder, the flat is very cold and also humid. When it rains you can’t open the windows because water is immediately coming inside. The clothes horse was completely broken when I arrived and the chairs were tilted.
