B14 - Heart of Old Town Apartment

Property was clean, good location except as described below.

We had no idea the property was basically next to 2 bars and it was very loud at night. Had to close the windows to mute some of the noise but then it got stuffy inside. For 3 people for 2 nights, they didn't give us enough toilet paper to last considering no bidet. Luckily I had some tissues.

Gostei bastante da estadia. A casa é funcional e muito confortável.

No geral, ficámos bastante satisfeitos. O alojamento deu-nos tranquilidade e boas condições.

Apreciamos la atención al detalle, desde la decoración sencilla pero cuidada hasta la impecable limpieza. El espacio transmite tranquilidad y bienestar al instante.

The property was as pictured! Clean and had the amenities as described. It’s a great location, walking distance to everything in town you’d want to see. The two rooms were comfortable, loved the black out electronic curtains! AC worked well, had to play around with it a bit to get it to work. I would recommend staying here!

The issues we had were mostly with communication. It appears a company runs this property, among many other properties in Lagos. They were hard to contact through their what’s ap number (did not respond all day) And would not pick up the phone, but did call back later front a different number. Our wifi password was written in white board marker that had been wiped off so we couldn’t read it, and spent our first day without wifi until we got a hold of someone. Also having to go to another building to check in, wait in line for about 20 minutes, before getting keys, is a bit tedious. Most properties like this nowadays either have self check in or meet at the property for keys. Plus check in at 4pm, but checkout at 10am is a bit off the usual times I see of 3pm and 11am. These aren’t huge things, and I’d still recommend staying here, however for these reasons I wouldn’t give a 10/10 experience.
