a varanda poderia ter uma melhor proteção ao sol. no entanto estava-se muito bem lá.

Varanda ampla e boa vista. Acesso rápido para a praia.

Nice location, near to the beach and small local shop (spar). Bigger shops like Aldi Intermarshe or Lidl around 7min by car or 30min by foot. Nice view from the balcony, indeed you can see the ocean. Bedrooms and bedsheets were rather fresh and clean, same with the bathroom. There was air fryer available.

Overallly apartment is old (furnitures and kitchen equipment). Kitchen equipment was so dirty i wouldn't touch it. There was no fresh spong available, we have to buy it ourselves. Couch required so refreshment. Bin was dirty.

The place is good, beach is very close. Spar grocery store and cafe 2 minutes from the apartment.

1. Not clean, the apartment needs general cleaning, bad smell. 2. Furniture and facilities are old, used, some broken, need replacement. 3. Pictures on booking.com are very misleading. 4. Swimming pools are on the other side of the parking and street. 5. Noisy place, huge building with many apartments, some neighbours were noisy up until 3 am. 6. The apartment is quite dark. 7. No sun shield on the terrace, so in fact it's not usable.

Super super super host, very friendly and helped us a great deal. Excellent beach close by, apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay, we didn't use the amenities like the pool because we were there for a the beaches and city, but they also looked good. We recommend to others looking for a nice apartment in a great city

Fully equipped apartment, with all the towels, sun-chairs, beach-umbrella etc. Very large balcony with sliding doors from living room and one of the bedrooms. Kitchen with everything you need, including plastic box to take fruits to the beach. Semi-private parking in front of the building, pilot to the gate included. You can hear the ocean 24/7 (but also the neighbours talking on their balcony - but that is not a private villa). Very nice beach in a walking distance (10mins max). Warning DO NOT LEAVE UNATTENDED FOOD ON A BALCONY TABLE - BIRDS WILL STEAL IT IMMIDIATELY!

Details like: pretty dark in the bathroom, no toilet paper holder so you must do magic to grab some, very white bulbs make the apartment less cozy (warmer light could be so much better). The apartment is not new and little explotied BUT the reasonable price and 90m2 size and large balcony balance that very well.
