Sesimbra by the sea

Very clean, great facilities.stunning view over the Sesimbra bay from the balcony. Plenty of linen, nice apartment.

Location is a bit tricky with young kids. The public lift nearby that would take you to the beach was broken all week during our stay, so we ended up getting Uber a few times. As taking 7 flights of stairs was challenging. But it’s none of the property’s fault. If the lift was working it would have been absolutely fine. Also the swimming pool could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Finally the double bed was quite squeaky. But regardless of the above I’d recommend this property without hesitation.

Appartment was well organised and very clean. We arrived outside the check-in time but we were very clearly guided by telephone how to park the car in the garage and enter the apartment, by a very sympathetic lady.

The only thing was I could not open the bathroom window, but it was ok.

The views were amazing. The apartment is modern and well equipped.

Squeaky double bed.

Loved the views from the apartment and how beautiful it was set out. It had all the items that we needed, including a very nice washing machine and dishwasher. Loved that they had oil/vinegar/salt etc and washing liquid etc. Really nice large smart TV. The boys loved the pool (the pool can be seen from the balcony). Was impressed at how quiet and respectful all the tenants are. The car parking, although a tight fit, is wonderful to have. The beds and linen was crisp and clean. Very apartment all-in-all is very well appointed.

I would suggest having a separate shower and not a shower-bath set up or adding hand rails. Aircons or ceiling fans for air circulation in the rooms.

The flat is absolutely perfectly equipped. You won't miss anything here. It is a kind of apartment house with many flats, so more like a hotel building with pool and garage. The view is amazing! 10 mins by foot to the beach, which is also very very nice and 15 mins to the town with its restaurants.

There is nothing to complain. You should be however aware if you look for more like a personal house, it is not the case, as this one is a big building with many flats.
