Ho richiesto late check out per cambio orario di un volo di una persona di 87 ani e non ci hanno mai risposto, ci hano buttato fuori dall'appartamento alle 11 del matino senza neanche la possibilità di lasciare le valigie.

They never told us there was no lift to get to our apartment. Two people with us were old. The apartment in the picture looks amazing the photo has been photoshop. We had only 2 coffee spoons, not 1 water glasses but we had champagne and Porto glasses. Just one big cooking pot, no kettle to boil water for tea. Just a small brush to clean a large sitting room kitchen..one chair was broken. The light in bathroom was minimal. The double bedroom had no window. I could continue dirty glasses dust everywhere, it needs painting and decorating. The only good thing was the bed. I did sleep very well.

Posizione centralissima, con metro a 20 metri di distanza!

Unica pecca è il bagno non finestrato, del resto tutto perfetto!

1 airco op slaapkamer deed het niet en op vraag daarover werd niet echt geantwoord, helft stoelen doorgezakt, matrassen kinderen niet comfortabel, vloer zanderig (niet goed schoongemaakt), 1 luik zat los. Kan makkelijk gerepareerd worden.

Location was very good.

When booking the accommodation it clearly stated 1 living room. 2 separate bedrooms. It only had 1 bedroom with sleeping in the living room. When I contacted the host I was told it was per the ad. The air conditioning in the bedroom did not work. It said toiletries provided, there was only hand soap. The general cleanliness of the apartment was not great. We were asked as part of the house rules to empty the bins leaving however we were not told where the rubbish bins were located.

The location, a lot of space, check in with code (no need for the key). The staff was nice and helped with what they could but the owner should make some changes to make it comfortable.

The bed wasn’t comfortable (I felt the springs of the mattress in my back and had to cover it with 3 blankets so I could sleep), the door of the bathroom was annoying- hard to open from inside and no option to leave it open (by design, which is very poor), the tap and the sink in the bathroom are very low and we are short people, so you are high be ware. And the flow in the shower is weak. Only one mirror in the bathroom, bad light for make up and no body mirror

The floor wasn't as clean as it could have been and the rug was dirty. The pillows were flimsy and we needed more than one each Some basic cleaning materials would have been useful for surfaces

The location was amazing for our family of five, with access to shopping, great food, and local attractions within walking distance.

This property was marketed as a 2 bedroom but was not. The "2nd bedroom" consisted of 2 bunkbeds that were right in the living room/ kitchen area. We arrived to be greeted by a sofa bed in the living room/kitchen/2nd bedroom that was pulled out and ready to sleep in. We have 3 kids who were looking forward to using the bunkbeds. However, only the 2 lower bunks could be used as the management team told us the upper bunks could not be used. Our son slept on the pull out couch that was bowed in the middle and uncomfortable. Having to use the sofa bed was an inconvenience, because we had to convert it back to a sofa if we wanted more comfortable seating any time we were in the apartment. For a family of five, there was little privacy for each of us because our kids did not have a real bedroom to change clothes, etc. The bathroom and bedroom doors could use real handles. The inside of the bathroom door had a smidgy little leather strap to pull on to open the door that would not stay open on its own (like the bedroom door, which was magnetized). There was an annoying sensor light in the hall that would go on if one of us needed the bathroom in the night, which would light up the kids' sleeping area. In our second to last night, our door was mistakenly opened by other guests, which was likely due to insufficient differentiation in the access codes for the apartments. To be awakened in the night like that was an unnecessary fright. One or more white comforters in the apartment were horribly soiled with large yellow stains, and the bathroom shower and ceiling had sizable areas of mold. After sending messages, I went to the management office, and they promptly gave me a key and replaced the comforter. The location was great, but the apartment was otherwise a disappointment in many ways.
