The place is extremely beautiful and clean. It’s also possible to park the car in front of the building. The location is exceptional!

Excellent property with great conditions and location is great! Everything was super easy. Would definitely recommend! I loved this place.

Very modern and cosy apartment. Very central location. The apartment is beautiful and has everything that you might need for a short stay. The shower was strong, very hot, the way I like, it was amazing. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and a bottle of water, which was a very nice touch. We could walk to the main streets, restaurants and bars. It feels very safe.

No parking spaces. We were advised that there was parking outside, but it had a very difficult access, through very narrow lanes, and of the 4 days that I stayed, i didnt see an empty spot, not even once. There is no free park on the street, only at night time. It was an inconvenience to leave the apartment and walk to the car every couple of hours or first thing in the morning to feed the park meter. I specifically asked in advance about car park, and i was told that there was free street park, but not.

Beautiful well decorated house. All very functional. Well located to downtown shops, cafes and restaurants. Getting the boat to the beach is about 10m walk. Could find parking space right in front of the property but not the easiest to manoeuvre or get there, some streets are narrow and makes you question if you are in the right way, I can assure you, you probably are. Dina was very responsive and thoughtful, specially with the bed for the kids (they loved the sofa)

Everything!! Beautiful place, tastefully decorated, good size. Smooth checkin, got parking out front! Good location to the Main Street, shops, restaurants etc. Beds were really comfortable as well!

The flat was beautifully designed and modern, with great taste and attention to detail. It had everything one needs, and more, yet it was spacious and perfectly located. We loved the gorgeous towels and white linen and we really enjoyed our trip. Thank you

Dina's apartment is a gem. It is very centrally located in Setùbal with walking distance to restaurants, harbour and train station. We came with a car and it can at the beginning be challenging to find a spot. There is a parking square just outside the hotel, but sometimes all the free spaces are taken. But now to the apartment. It is lovely decorated with top standard equipment, exactly as the description says. For coffee drinkers like me I want to add it is a Nescafé Dolce Gusto machine. 2 Tvs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The one in the living room is top standard where you can use your personal Netflix, Prime, HBO etc account to find movies. (Not sure about the TV in the bedroom as we never used it) Everything smells, looks and feels high standard. Bath towels, bedding, bed etc. Dina has really put in some effort to equip and furnish this place. The apartment is 1/2 floor down from street level meaning that windows can be theoretically viewed by people passing by. We never found it a problem as during daytime the curtains blocked the view and during darkness we closed the shutters for privacy. It is located in the old quarters with a minimum of traffic passing by. As mentioned by other reviewers we had a welcoming gift of a bottle of water and wine + some coffe pads + teabags. We will definitely try to book this apartment next time we will visit Setúbal.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

A lovely, spacious flat with just about everything one might need - including a washing machine. The centre of the pleasant town of Setubal is just a short walk away. You need a car to reach the beaches of Arrabida but the drive is well worth it. We always managed to get a parking space near the flat.

Although the landlady gave us very detailed info on how to get us into the apartment, it would have been lovely to actually meet somebody at the check-in.

The place was amazing. Small but with everything you need. The system of checking in was perfect. Everything is new and the sofa is a must. Kids were super comfortable.
