Apartamento con mucha calor sin posibilidad de abrir las ventanas por la acumulación de palomas. El ventilador no funciona bien y con mucho ruido Es constante el vaivén de aviones que dificulta el descanso Y la ducha que funciona mal sin poder elegir la temperatura del agua

Tuvimos una incidencia con el grifo de la dicho , y aun es ahora para que nos lo solucionen. Le escribimos al dueño el primer dia, contesto el segundo a medio dia , dijo qie pasarian a revisar y nunca pasaron….

Moderno, limpio, ordenado y buena ubicación.

La temperatura del calentador estaba muy alta y, después de varios intentos para conseguir bajarla, lo apagamos y nos estuvimos duchando con agua fría,… Todo lo demás, bastante bien, aunque la calle un poco ruidosa si dejas las ventanas abiertas para dormir. Pero en general, calidad y precio, bien.

Excellent location for our needs, right on a beautiful park, lovely lobby and elevators, and while small, very bright and clean. Double-glazed windows made it nice and quiet.

No communication about how to operate shutters (electric) resulted in several messages back and forth with management company who didn't seem to be familiar with the unit or know answers specific to this place - clearly they are far offsite. Also, more than half the outlets in the place don't work - careful where you plus in your devices. Glassware in the kitchen cabinet are so high up you can't reach them - not ideal for those of us in our 80s who don't want to stand on a chair to get them.

location is great. the property got lift , which is rare in campo de orique

there is no one to answer anything, no matter how many times you try or how, no staff is available period. the heating system for the entire apartment is a small radiator which is not enough at all, the door lock is an ancient system which is very difficult to get in(if you call them for help, they don't answer, ever) the sleeping arrangements are very old, low quality and ran down, mattress is making noise the sofa bed is the same if not worse. electric plugs are another problem, non in the bathroom, one in the kitchen for 3 appliances .... the door to bathroom does not close.

The location was wonderful. Walking distance from the central part of the city, from the river and the sea station. The park opposite the building is very nice. There are shops, bakeries, restaurants nearby.

There is nothing we are not happy about.

Property managers were not responsive, did not return calls or texts. The person who was supposed to help us check in did not return any of our calls. Key location was 2 blocks away and difficult with luggage. I received up to 5 e-mails/day from host and most of them were out-dated and/or inaccurate.
