Localização, ter 2 casas de banho e estava limpo e bem decorado.

A agua quente não deu para todos tomarem banho e a porta da rua devia ser outra sem orifícios para o exterior.

Platsen är bra när det gäller läget

Men på kvällen blir området ödsligt och lite skrämmande. Städningen var mycket dålig – sängkläderna var smutsiga och hela rummet kändes ohygieniskt. Boendet saknar verkligen grundläggande renlighet.

La ubicación es fantástica. Cerca del centro y con un parking enfrente.

A mí me gusta dormir en oscuridad y las ventanas carecían de estores, pero cada persona tiene sus gustos.

"Lo justo y al límite"

La localización esta bien, muy cerca del centro y de bares, restaurantes y padarias. Para paseos a pié la ubicación es inmejorable. Se puede aparcar facilmente cerca, pero las plazas son de pago en dias laborales.

El apartamento es muy antiguo así como todos los muebles y menajes son bastante antiguos. Aunque se puede apreciar el piso en alguna de las fotos, esperábamos algo mas actual y con mejor iluminación. Ropas de cama, baño y mantas de invierno piden una actualización urgente.

El salón está bien y la habitación principal tb

Muchísima humedad por los techos...negros en muchas partes y la habitación más pequeña....es de pena... Cama pequeña muy muy muy antigua... Daba hasta miedo...

La ubicación y la relación calidad precio

Que no me mandaron las instrucciones para recoger las llaves y estuve 1 hora con las maletas en la puerta llamando varias veces por teléfono hasta que me lo solucionaron.
