Pas de Clim .. et cuisine très mal equipé, même pas de grande tasse pour le matin Et 1h de retard pour la remise du code pour les clefs avec 2 enfants et 40° à l’extérieur ce jour là ça a été compliqué …

Houve um problema técnico com o apartamento reservado por conta das frequentes chuvas e, próximo ao horário de check-in, me telefonaram, explicaram o ocorrido e ofereceram uma alternativa. O atendimento foi muito rápido, simpático e prestativo. O rapaz que nos atendeu nos acompanhou até a nova acomodação, que era também excelente.
