Was a good location with good use of the marina

We had a small child with us and the balcony surround was easy to climb over. When leaving the property, we did not have to correct code to exit the main gates. The swimming pool could be better maintained. it was fine for swimming. But there was I faint greenline starting to appear just above the waterline. we have stayed in this complex four times in various apartments and never had this in swimming pool before. The apartment is slightly noisy until about 2:30 am as there is a bar not far away but this was not a problem.

Location, space

Bedrooms The beds were very noisy and creaking, just turning over on them would wake you up. Outside: It was a bit dirty in the public areas outside Rusty gates and lots or rubbish and cigarette butts on stairways , pool area there was a really bad smell in the pool area which was uncomfortable . The sun lounges where old and dirty the pool also seemed to be dirty either lots of leaves and paper’s old toys floating in pool.

The location is perfect if you want to be situated in the marina. The apartment is above a Mexican restaurant and next door to an Irish bar. Very large apartment, perfect for the 5 of us. Very clean. Outdoor seating was great on the large balcony. Use of the communal swimming pool was lovely, pool was clean and there were also toilets based by the pool too. Kitchen was fully equipped. The decor of the apartment was lovely too.

To start, we collected the keys from the office, the lady who met us was abrupt as she 'waited for us and did not have lunch' but, we were not told the open / close times etc before hand. The company asked for the deposit to be paid in euros and claim they did not have a card machine (couldn't really believe this as they are company dealing with a lot of holiday rentals etc.), plus booking.com states deposit would be taken by card. We were never told of the code that we needed to enter the grounds of the apartment after a certain time. Luckily, the staff at the local restaurant told us. The apartment DOES NOT have aircon in all rooms (I booked this apartment as it stated it did have aircon). The only room that has aircon is the main living room. Rooms were extremely hot at night and the beds were uncomfortable too. The noise from the bar next door goes on until 2am. Plus, the office to collect the keys is a 20 minute walk from the apartment.

The property was a great location for access to the Marina restaurants and shops

The property is right over a late night bar with very loud music until 2-3 am . The stairs to apartment is full of staff from this bar smoking and it’s very dirty

Apartment is very central for the marina, lovely space, lots of space for my little boy, very well equipped, host was very easy to communicate with, anything extra we asked for was accommodated.

We would not return purely because of the noise, the apartment is situation above one of the busiest bars on the marina, I feel this wasn’t made very clear at booking and we were unable to get to sleep any of the 7 nights we stayed before 2am. It also really disrupted my babies bedtime and sleep routine.
