LovelyStay - Cozy 1BR in Santa Catarina w/ Balcony

The apartment is modern and in a wonderful location. The Trindade metro station is located less than 1 kilometer away. Going down the street you can get to the Mercado Bolhão and so many other sights.

The sofa bed isn't comfortable at all. It's almost impossible to have a comfortable night sleep on it. Its middle is as hard as it can get and when you sleep on the left part of the sofa it simply flips to the ground. They definitely have to change it as soon as possible.

Location is quite central! Unfortunately after getting through the main door with the access code and taking 3 flights of steep stairs, we noticed that the lock box was missing the key to the apartment. It was a bit frustrating as we had to wait for someone to bring over the keys.

The apartment is super tiny. This is definitely not meant for a family of 4 ( 2 adults & 2 kids). The bed for kids was not a proper bed nor a proper sofa bed, it couldn’t fit our 9 year old kids. The bathroom is tight and has no room for even one person to be comfortable. The apartment had mosquitoes and the AC didn’t work. It was freezing so we had to run portable heaters during our stay to make it comfortable. Overall it was not a comfortable stay for our family and we’ll not recommend for travellers with family.
