absolutamente del alojamiento nada..... Hay que tener en cuenta que pagué 531€ sin cancelación. Con opción cancelación eran 586..... por este precio no me pueden dar este alojamiento, y menos engañarme con las medidas. Si sé como es y pago 150€, máximo 200€, pues vale, sé que es pequeño y pago eso. Pero pon la realidad: que mide 26-27metros cuadrados+-, y no 45!!!

No me puedo creer que todavía sigan anunciando que tiene 45metros cuadrados…..!!! estoy totalmente indignada!!! Por favor, dejen de engañarnos!! Y la dirección?? Cómo ponen que es el portal 77 (un edificio con viviendas) y resulta que nos meten al lado, en un bajo (nº 79-81). Por cierto, no vi ninguna placa con la licencia del alojamiento, ni el portal 77, ni en el 79-81…. NO MIDE 45metros cuadrados, tengo pruebas e hice reclamación a Booking. La respuesta de Booking teléfonicamente fue: “no nos contesta y no podemos hacer nada…….”. Les mandé fotos y vídeos. No hay sitio ni para un armario, sólo tienen una barra metálica para poner las cosas. El único sitio para fregona – escoba: detrás de la cortina. ES UN BAJO, no es el portal 77 tal y como está en la dirección del apartamento. Os mandan a lado, al 79-81. Es como un garaje. NO TIENE NI UNA SOLA VENTANA. Sentí muchísima claustrofia…. Horrible. No pegamos ojo…. era como estar en plena calle… Pero lo peor…… llegar a casa y descubrir que Booking no nos respalda….. estoy totalmente decepcionada, nunca lo diría de ellos. Parece ser que si el alojamiento no les responde no pueden hacer nada. Increíble. Seguiré adelante con mi reclamación por otra vía. Tengo pruebas irrefutables.

L’appartement est très joli

Arrivée prévue à 16h appartement pas prêt, nous avons donc dû contacter à plusieurs reprise l’agence immobilière qui nous amène en bateau. Après 3h d’attente nous avons pu le récupérer et résultat médiocre. Nous avons du nettoyer la bonde de douche car inondation dans la salle de bain, et après une nuit des petites bêtes sont sorties des murs et ont envahi le lit. Dernière nuit passée à 3 dans le canapé prévu pour une seule personne

The location is good. There is a parking place nearby, but I do not use a car. The house is clean in the bedroom and toilet. In the living room, the sofa is not so clean. The renter is always online to answer questions, it is great. There is a fridge, a microwave and a wash machine, it works well and is clean.

I live for five days, there is no other clean service during my stay. I have to buy some trash bag my self to clean the trash. Still, i am a bit confused about how to throw trash in Braga until my live.

No toiletries, items broken or missing. Insufficient heating.

It was nice to be in the middle of the town. Walking distance from facilities.

The problem was the parking but not unusual for a big city

- The location is 💯💯💯💯💯. - The apartment is warm and cozy. - Washing machine ✅, AC ✅, Mini dish washer ✅. - The service is great. My overall experience was good/great, would I return there? Yes.

- The walls are relatively thin. > The neighbours up stairs could get a little noisy and you could hear their steps throughout the day. > I was afraid to run the washing machine at night because I didn't want to disturb the neighbours. - The house wasn't as clean as I hoped it would be, I found a couple of long woman's hair when cleaning the floor (it's not that bad, could be better though). - The sofa has some stains, would've preferred to have a cover on it tbh. - There was a smell of mold when I opened the cabinets below the sink, but like on the 2nd/3rd week it became faint 🤷🏻‍♂️ - It took a lot of time for the laundry to dry and I wasn't comfortable putting the clothes drying rack out on the street for the entire world to see 😅 - There's an AC in the bed room but not in the living room/kitchen ( it didn't bother me at all, but if I were to travel during warmer months it might've been a problem)
