It was clean, modern and the location was excellent

I liked the layout of the apartment and the big glass doors in the living room but the view wasn’t pleasant and there was no where to hang wash outside - the unit did not have a dryer.

The hosts - I may have liked them, if I ever met them. My requests were repeatedly left unanswered when I asked for assistance. For example, I explained that I had an ankle injury and had difficulty walking. I wanted to take a shower and my sisters had used the only two bath towels in the apartment so I requested another bath towel for my use - THREE days later after much persistence and begging, a bath towel was delivered to the apartment, my sister went down the many stairs to collect it for me.

The place is clean and new.

1) IT DOES NOT HAVE AN AIR CONDITION ( It is listed - no big surprise here). The place is burning in the afternoon ( from 12:00 till 19:00). It gets direct sun on the big and beautiful). 2) The owner is not very responsive. We got his cooperation only after applying to booking customer support, then he suddenly appear saying that we did not respond to his message yesterday ( I paid another 16 Euro as takes and had to fill a form), and only then we got the code ( you get the code and then, there is a box across the street where you can get the keys) for the flat. It seems like only booking customer service motivated him to respond, I was trying to cancel the order. we waited outside the flat to get the keys for 2 hours- w/o any response from him on any phone number or the booking application. Seem like a bit of a hassle, but maybe I am wrong. After finally appearing on WhatApp, I call him through WhatsApp he was impatient and not very communicative. I fill his conditions to get the keys ( form and taxes ), and only after that, he sent us the code and a drawing on a picture ( like a secret map :-)), where the keys safe is. 3) Also, you might want to through in a few hangers in the bathroom for clothes, and hand towels. The place is too hot to stay in, in the summer - notice that!!
