We liked the easy access check-in to the apartment. The bed was very comfortable (an additional pillow each would have been great though), and having an AC was the best part as it was very hot during our stay. The shower was also nice with good pressure.

The apartment was ground floor so we were not able (or comfortable) to open the curtains as then people would have easily been able to see in. Since we spent minimal time at the apartment this was not detrimental for us, but something to note.

Apartment was spacious with air conditioning in both rooms. Facilities like washing machine and equipped kitchen.

No shower gel or soap in bathroom. Very sparse. Also, no prompt cleaning services for 7 days stay. Traffic noise if you open the windows.

We liked how self check-in was super easy and super fast as host provided us with detailed information. When we entered the apartment we were amazed to see how new everything was and that the apartment was spacious and warm just like in the images. The apartment was also equipped with everything we could need. The big plus was that the apartment had 2 air conditioning units, one in every room. One day, due to carelessness, we left the key in the lock and exited the apartment. As the door didn't have a handle on the outside, we found ourselves locked out of the apartment. We contacted the host and immediately received a team responsible for assistance, who arrived at the location within half an hour and enabled us to enter the apartment. For that reason, we would like to commend the host and their team for promptly resolving our issue and ensuring that our stay was extremely pleasant, as if we were at home.

The biggest problem of the apartment is its location since it is located right next to the busy road and right across the bus stop. Because of that our windows were mostly closed and our curtains mostly stayed pulled down. Luckily, the issue was mitigated by the air conditioners, which gave us a supply of fresh air.

The apartment is brand new.

Noise from the traffic in the street does not allow you to sleep. There was no soap in the bathroom, nit enough of toilet paper (2 for 5 days and 3 persons), nor dishwasher soap. The windows could not be let open because of the traffic noise and ground floor position facing the busy street during the night so the guests have to keep sleeping under the airconditioning.

The apartment was on the ground floor. There is a mall 15 min away. The subway is also 15 min away. The furnishings of the apartment are pleasant and modern. The checkin was easy.

The listing for this property indicated 2 beds, when we asked for linens for the sofa bed we were told there would be a 15€ charge per day. This listing was misleading offering 2 beds but charging for the linens for the 2nd bed. This is why we booked an apartment with two beds. Big disappointment. The ventilation in the bathroom does not work well. The condensation after a shower is very bad. The tile floors are very wet and even mopping them up to help them dry takes well over an hour. Providing bathroom mats big enough to cover the passage way from shower to sink would be very helpful, or enough towels so that some may be placed on the tiles during a shower. Only 2 towels were provided per guest. 1 large, 1 small so we could not use either one to wipe the wet floors after the shower. This was risky because the tiles were slippery when wet. The baseboards had not been cleaned in a long time and had dirt in them. One wine glass in the cupboard had fingerprints on it.
