"Super location at a reasonable price"

Location is brilliant, one street over from the main thoroughfare, right next to the harbour and about 15mins leisurely walk from the beach. Despite being so close to the action it was quiet. The rooftop terrace is nice too but there's no privacy from the other terraces. The apartment was well equipped but there was no dishwasher. Mel & Alice were very responsive hosts. There were some nice extras like a parasol for the beach, a little shopping cart/bag, some beach toys. The air conditioning was excellent. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

There wasn't really anything to dislike as such. The table only had 4 chairs when the apartment capacity was for 6 people. The floors felt gritty on arrival but in general was clean.

Het is een lekker ruim, schoon, compleet appartement. Op een steenworp afstand van de toeristische drukte en gezelligheid, maar toch volledig privé en rustig. Naast een ruim terras op de begane grond is er ook nog een dakterras met prachtig uitzicht over Alvor.

Als ik iets moet noemen: de slaapbank is een beetje doorgezakt.

El apartamento es amplio y por estar en una zona de restaurantes bastante tranquilo.La terraza muy bien también.Toda clase de equipamiento y limpio

El sofá cama no era muy cómodo,y si le añadimos el ruido de la nevera y la puerta balcón sin persiana se hace incómodo para la persona que duerma

"Comfortable, well presented and excellent position for access to beach and town"

The apartment was clean and exactly as described. We have been on many holidays in Alvor for over 12 years now and stayed in many places and this rates as one of if not the best place we have stayed. Including a shower that has pressure which we have struggled with in the past. Very close to the small fishing port and excellent restaurants. The Italian at the end of the street about 1 minute walk away is definitely recommended. Overall a great stay.

The only thing that could have made this better is access to a pool on the days the wind picked up and we got sandblasted on the beach.
