Peniche's Blue & White

This is a spacious apartment in a quit area of Peniche with plenty of free parking around. Kitchen was well-stocked with some water, fruit and even eggs left for us! Responsive host and a very convenient web-based check-in system (it can be a problem if you don't have roaming internet though).

Location was good but not great for us as it was a little far away from the harbor where all the activities are located. Apartment, while clean, felt dated in general and would benefit from some renovation. There were not a single hook for towels or a shelf for toiletries in the bathroom. Instead a small wooden rack is provided which can hold 2 towels at max. Host managed to inform us at 10pm of the very last night that city tax must be payed in cash only. That was a bit of a problem for us as we did not have the exact amount of Euros at the time.

Spacious, spotlessly clean apartment. Well appointed kitchen and well located for walking to beach and town. We really enjoyed our stay.

The sofa bed has seen better days - fine for a young child but I think adults would suffer on it!

The apartment was immaculate and had everything you needed. The owner had left water, fruit and eggs which was great! The bed was very comfy and slept really well. Great location for the beach and town whilst being away from hustle and bustle.

Nothing, just would have been helpful to know prior to arrival how you were meant to access the property. It was a first to use an online app to open doors. No keys.

Very spacious, clean apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Loved the sunny balcony too. The host left us eggs, fruit, sweets and water- very generous. Check in went smoothly and the host responded to any questions we had. Can highly recommend the apartment. My son had to do some work early in the morning and the extra room was perfect so I didn’t get disturbed. We also enjoyed our evening walks along the coast- just beautiful sunsets and stunning evening lights.

The location was great and the apartment was very clean and a good size (family of 4) Very nice host ( Luis) who welcomed us with fresh fruits, veggies and eggs from his garden, water and pastries. That was a beautiful touch. Really appreciated. Also very helpful in telling us what to do and see around town.

No AC in the apartment

The attention to detail in maintaining the accommodation was truly remarkable. The rooms were not only spacious but also tastefully furnished, striking the perfect balance between modern elegance and cozy warmth. It was evident that the owners had taken great care in curating an inviting and aesthetically pleasing environment for their guests.

Sr. Luis was just amazing. Hospitality, cleaning... so many details. Good location. Comfortable apartment. But again, Sr. Luis sympathy deserves 10 in 10 points
