Apartamento Ideal 3

The cleanliness and location of the apartment are outstanding. Although it's small, it's well structured and has a very interesting internal courtyard, especially in the summer.The host was also very kind.

The owner was very friendly, met us and handed us the keys. The apartment is cozy, the bedroom has a comfortable bed, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances. An excellent oven for roasting meat and vegetables. The apartment has a small cozy courtyard with a lemon tree.

We Loved how equipped the flat was. Did not face any problems with anything. It is in a beautiful locality and it was lovely to take a walk around too. The Owner was very sweet too.

Great location close to Colombo shopping and Benefica stadium. Ideal for football fans and family get together. Fabulous walk in wardrobe. Property owner was very helpful.

Water pressure in shower was a little low but that might be a local issue. The water was hot. Maybe some sugar, salt and pepper sachets in the cupboard would be a nice addition.

Very lovely apartment! It was very elegant and modern looking, VERY clean, easily sleeping 4 people (bedroom+extendible couch), free parking, quiet residential area, kitchen with everything you need (dishes, cooking equipement, even oven and washing machine for clothes). The owner was very kind, very quick to respond, and flexible (we needed an early check in). It is really too bad we could't stay longer, we really had everything we could need. There is also a lovely patio area with a tree and lounge chairs that we didn't get to use due to weather and short time.

Everything is great! The only thing you should maybe know, the parking is not owned by the apartment but it free parking for the whole street that cannot be reserved. We always found a space though!

List of problems: 1. MOLD and LEAKS: this apartment is not habitable. There are several spots and areas with mold, I first was thinking was just the weather, but the days/nights are dump and the bathroom never gets dry, even if all vents/doors are kept open. There is clearly leaking rain water or infiltration in the bathroom. This information was forwarded to the owner without a solution provided. 2. SAFETY: the blinds do not completely close. They stay open without the chance to reset to fully enclose them. There were no keys provided to me to lock the backyard doors, since the blinds do not provide enough closure to ensure my family safety. Every night we are not safe this way. Not even keys provided to lock the door. One sliding door lock is broken, not safe at all. 3. WATER PRESSURE: the water pressure is very low. There seems to be no pump pushing the water. One cannot use shower or other faucet at the same time, and even the shower pressure is barely usable. Takes a while to shower and heating is variable, sometimes it works sometimes doesn't. 4. Missing/broken/higiene items: A) Knifes are broken and not usable. B) Dust everywhere: looks like this place doesn't see a good cleaning for a long time, there is even spider webs/dust collected in the corners/ceiling!!! C) A few kitchen items not available. A simple/basic wine bottle opener is not available! D) Water boiler has mold inside!! Unbelievable!! Can't use it, it's stained. E) Less the a day after arrival, the bathroom soap had finished. Had to ask for more! F) There wasn't a bath towel hanger. Had to ask for it. G) This wall mounted fixture fell down. And it's quite clear that someone tried to made a bas repair of it. Photos attached. H) No smoke alarms at the property, even it says in the description. I) Nearest parking is at least 2 blocks away.
