There was an option to keep our bags at the office before the check-in.

Where to begin with: 1. Wifi didn't work throughout our stay (information was ignored by the company). Сonsequently, the TV didn't work. 2. No towels (fixed after our appeal). 3. No kettle, no hair dryer, all appliances are old and cheap. 4. No air conditioning and you have to keep the window shut because there's the restaurant downstairs. 5. Quiet only after 00.00 and before 7.00 6. Late check-in (after 16) but early check-out (before 10) 7. Poor breakfast, same every day, no choice and not healthy. 8. Have to get the key for the office a distance walk from the apartment. Would never recommend. And suspect other '10' reviews to be a fraud.
