Molt ben situat. Bastant net. I la cuina estava ben equipada.

La bomba de calor no tenia prou potencia i l’apartament perdia molts calor per les finestres. Vam tindre la mala sort que a l’apartament del costat feien obres i cada dia a les 8h del matí començàvem a fer molt soroll.
