Miral 2 - Beach front apartment with pool

The apartment was perfect very comfortable and had every thing we needed. We were delighted to be able to check in early as we arrived on an early flight.

No beach view, but that's a small thing considering how close the beach is.

Great location on the boardwalk and a stone's throw from the beach and shops, mini markets, bakeries, bars, etc. Excellent clean pool Secure, spacious and well equipped for the most part. Private underground car park. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the accommodation is being let down by issues that could easily be addressed and have been highlighted by other reviewers.

Wifi was unusable my entire stay (either no internet or so slow as to be useless), was not addressed or fixed despite raising the issue with the management company multiple times, not acceptable for the price being paid. Spotted a large cockroach in the kitchen on the first night, maintenance sent somebody around to spray and found it dead the next day along with a bunch of ants swarming around it but also seen other small ones in the cupboards so the entire kitchen needs to be properly decontaminated/treated. When checking in, the rep said there was no private parking despite me insisting it was included and showing him the booking.com itinerary, finally he rang someone and figured out it was and showed me how to access but I shouldn't need to do that. Coffee pod maker didn't work properly, needs to be fixed or replaced. Bathroom fixings in poor shape, shower door kept falling off, cheap and broken roll holders, etc.

No keys, no notice of phone number, had to look for accommodations while eating, received a phone call from a lady, who gave us a key, did not show us round the property, completely unsatisfactory

See above, was not advised there was Car park, no mop brush, hairdryer did not work, sky box or equivalent not working
