Porto Toja Apartments

Perfect space for a weekend getaway or a few days exploring Porto! The apartment has everything you need and is set in a great location! Good communication with the property owner and clear constructions on how to enter and exit the property.

Could do with a little freshening up (paint over any tired spots/high touch points!)

Good location and a lovely new apartment. Very clean and has air conditioning.

I had an injured foot and we were on the 3rd floor. My original info said 1st floor which was what I really needed.

Unfortunately, there was almost no light in the bathroom, there is only one light bulb that hardly lights up, after closing the door there is just darkness. After asking the owners, we have not received any response. The bathroom door doesn't close, the bedside lamp doesn't work, there are no wine glasses, which is important in Porto. The balcony is not on a quiet street but on the roofs of other buildings and construction which is right next to it and it is also noisy. Clean but very dark and small apartment.

Nothing! I walked into the loudest construction noise on a high rise apartment block outside both windows .

The rude manager who refused to assist with a refund when I messaged her about the unacceptable screeching of concrete cutters, drills, banging etc. I sent her and Booking the videos of the noise. I told her it was not fair that this was not in the description of the property and she said not to worry, the noise was only during the day and stopped at 5!!!!! She said construction was going on everywhere!! I was forced to immediately find another apartment , which was so quiet and had a helpful manager who turned up in person to assist me. Do not stay here under any circumstances! I notice one wall of the next door apartment construction site is asbestos sheeting which has not been covered! the view is of these two massive walls !!

perfect location! right in the centre but down a quieter street. everything was walking distance, or you could jump on the bus or tram. there was also an underground station in walking distance for a trip to the beach

nothing really, the space was cleverly designed to maximise space. it might be a bit small if you’re planning to spend a lot of time indoors, but on a city break we were out all day. it’s a lovely modern and stylish decor. couldn’t see any disabled access so the steps to the top might be a bit much
