Foz Beach House - Rooftop & Sea view

Superbe et très vaste logement conçu pour 6 personnes (1 suite parentale et 2 chambres). Malheureusement la météo n'a pas été avec nous pour pouvoir exploiter la terrasse. Le logement est à quelques mètres de la plage le long d'une route pas trop passante.

Le débit d'eau a rendu impossible l'utilisation simultanée des deux douches. D'autre part, le logement était particulièrement humide avec de la condensation sur toutes les fenêtres au réveil (météo peu favorable: 15-21°C et beaucoup de pluie)

The property was spacious and perfectly located on a glorious beach! It had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

We had some difficulty getting the keys. Oddly, the lockbox code had been sent in the initial reservation email, long before I paid for the property. This is the first time I have ever had to search back months to find a code that could easily have been sent with the email just before I arrived. Confusion ensued, but it all worked out just fine.

A localização é excelente e o facto de ter um cesto de boas vindas à chegada é um pormenor atencioso.

É inadmissível em agosto, as paredes do quarto principal estarem cheias de humidade/bolor, com um cheiro intenso a mofo. Apesar do quarto ter um desumidificador, tal é insuficiente para retirar o cheiro. A casa precisa de uma intervenção para eliminar as humidades...pelo preço elevado que se paga por uma semana de férias, não se pode aceitar que, o quarto esteja naquelas condições. O terraço também é mal aproveitado, podendo ter um barbecue, o que, seria uma mais valia para uma casa de férias. Quanto à piscina, a mesma é uma ilusão, dado que, a pesar de ser possível utilizá-la, tal utilização é vista com maus olhos, por parte dos habitantes do prédio à qual está junta. Quando chegamos, tivemos dificuldade em localizar o cofre e ligamos para o número de telefone da D. Paula/Maria, ninguém atendeu, nem devolveu a chamada durante toda a estadia. Por último, é necessário mudar o estendal que está no terraço (está velho e partido).

A vista para a lagoa e o mar é muito especial. A casa esta muito perto da praia

Lage perfekt, großartige Aussicht von der Dachterrasse , geräumige Zimmer, auch Strandtücher vorhanden

Ein Teil des Appartements hatte massiven Schimmelbefall, ein Schlafzimmer hatte deshalb ein Entfeuchtungsgerät und war unbenutzbar, auch d das danebenliegende Bad war schimmelig und die Dusche schimmelte an den Rändern. Der Geschirrspüler musste repariert werden und war innen auch schimmelig.

This is indeed a one of a kind property with great levels of privacy and fantastic location, stunning views...and I am Portuguese... Foz do Arelho is developing in a good way, so this property is walking distance from its beach and restaurants .... grab the car and more restaurants and lovely groceries shops and butcher...wine shop... and if in the mood, go to Baleal (lovely surf village) or Peniche known for its fresh fish Highly recommended!

GREAT location. Walking distance to a number of beachfront restaurants. Enjoyed the terrace overlooking the ocean. Very clean and spacious.

Mattress in the master bedroom was very hard.

It was very spacious and nicely equipped. The rooftop terrace had a beautiful sea view.

It was on the ground floor next to the street.
