Clean and modern bath rooms. The garden and space was lovely to have. Beds good. Coffee machine good.

The crockery was not enough for 4 people. The glasses not the same shapes. Kitchen plug not working. The rest of the property was good. Washing machine and dish washer was very nice to have.

The property was easy to find and we were provided with clear and easy to follow access instructions. Due to the central location we could explore Porto on foot, and the car was parked securely at the property. The apartment was very spacious and the beds comfortable.

Property is clean, spacious and very comfortable for our party of 4 people (2 couples). It s very short walk from the center, our host left us a very informative direction to a local restoran and shops and it was very useful .

Buyer beware: do NOT book this unit. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had, and I feel obligated to warn others so they don’t end up dealing with the same situation. The listing is completely misleading, and the owner is not honest about the actual condition of the property. First, the garage/parking situation was a disaster. The parking door did not work at all during our stay, making the advertised parking completely useless. We were forced to park far away and carry luggage back and forth, which is unacceptable and not what was promised. The ventilation and AC units were also not functioning properly. They would turn on briefly, then shut off after about a minute, providing no real cooling or dehumidification. The unit felt damp, stuffy, and poorly ventilated the entire time.

The most serious issue, however, was the mold. This place is absolutely mold-infested. Mold was present throughout the entire unit — in the kitchen, both bedrooms, and the bathrooms. This was never disclosed in the listing. This is not just unpleasant, it is a serious health hazard. We started experiencing symptoms almost immediately — coughing, sore throats, and irritation consistent with exposure to mold and bacteria. Our throats became coarse and raspy, and it was clear the air quality in the unit was extremely poor. To make matters worse, the owner attempted to “fix” the situation by spraying chlorine throughout the property with the windows closed. When we returned, the entire place was filled with overpowering chemical fumes, making it nearly impossible to breathe or sleep. This did nothing to resolve the mold issue and only made conditions worse. On top of everything, the owner initially agreed to certain solutions and then completely backtracked — a full 180 — with no resolution provided and no accountability taken. Communication was unreliable, and nothing was properly addressed. It got so bad that we were forced to leave the unit in the middle of the night at 2AM because we simply could not bear it any longer. That alone should tell you everything you need to know. Do not listen to the owner — they are untrustworthy and the listing does not reflect reality. This property is misrepresented, poorly maintained, and potentially dangerous to your health. Spend your money elsewhere. You have been warned.

A beautiful ground floor apartment with high ceilings, a dedicated parking spot, luxurious bathrooms, terrace and a well appointed kitchen. The location was about a 20-30 minute walk from the touristy old town, which was nice because there was little traffic or noise. Small stores selling fresh fruit and vegetables are around the corner. A supermarket is several blocks away.

There is nothing negative to say. This was a wonderful flat.
