Great location and lovely to have a pool in the city centre. Very quiet but great location with busy bars and restaurants surrounding. Secure and safe with helpful staff just a text away.

Shower head awful thing had to hold it to shower water pressure excessive

The accommodation was lovely, comfortable, and a good size

We wanted a pool so compromised on the location. Disappointingly the pool was not heated and as a result I didn't see anybody use it during our 5 day stay.

Checkin is difficult with no one there and instructions are a bit vague as would help to simply number apartments, vague instructions of a coloured tile outside when there are multiple rooms with the same tile system makes it a bit confusing, also would be nice for an earlier checkin to be possible or a luggage storage at the apartment if now, rather than you having to go elsewhere and pay to store if your early pool was a bit smaller and very cold then we thought it'd be but a minor issue

In the bedroom, the mattress of the bed is sloped in the middle. The sun beds in the swimming pool were dirty and mostly broken. The kitchen equipment was incomplete.

The apartment was lovely, clean and homely. The swimming pool is fantastic and we used it multiple times during our stay. The location is perfect to explore Porto on foot without being in the tourist centre. We stayed for a week and we loved it.

Just a few extra kitchen utensils such as a sieve and bottle opener/corkscrew would have been helpful as we stayed in and cooked quite a few evenings.

Lovely apartment in a great location and the swimming pool was a great bonus
