Nice hosts, good contact with the hosts, nice rooms with a lot of space in the living room and two(!) balconies outside, good equipped kitchen, beautiful surroundings and views!

Some noise from outside during the nights (cars, dogs), not so much space to put your suitcases in the bedrooms.

EVERYTHING! The property is so beautiful and each of the apartments are a perfect size. There is a beautiful backdrop with a waterfall. It's in a little town but walking distance to a few restaurants and the beach. It's right in the middle of Ponta Do Sol and Ribera Brava. I definitely recommend stating here

Three dogs next door that barked all hours of the night. It was VERY humid when we were there and there is no air conditioning in any apartment. They do provide fans but it was so humid and hot that the fans didn't do much for us so it was very hard to sleep comfortably at night. The windows don't have screens so a lot bugs got in.

air quality was bad. no a/c which is needed. Mold was visible on bathroom wall and the room smelled of humidity and dampness as if there had been a water leak and they had covered it up with new paint.

This property was a great location for us to explore the West of Madeira and had all that we needed for us to have a comfortable stay with the benefit of parking.

The gate to access the property is not obvious from the map or location and is narrow… although this seems like a Madeira trend! The only thing we struggled with at times was barking dogs in the neighbouring properties, but otherwise very comfortable stay.

View and access to the balcony. Plenty of parking. Ideal space and facilities for our party of three.

Check in was confused so the member of our group who arrived first couldn’t get into the premises and was on the busy street outside for 10-15 minutes with all his luggage waiting for a response. Accessing the drive from the busy road wasn’t easy.

Very nice, spacious apartment. It is very well equipped.

The property is very poorly signposted. It is difficult to find without using Satnav on our phone and even then, there is no sign on the entrance gate. We found no privacy using the en suite toilets a bit strange.

Excellent property and accommodations; we had the Studio Apartment and it was perfect for a couple. We would book this accommodation again.

Location is not very walkable and buses are limited. A rental car is beneficial for this location.
