Very clean and fully equipped studio.Few steps away from the beach. Very easy check in and checkout process. Very friendly and hospitable owner.

Host met us upon arrival to make sure we got in properly with the door code, show us the layout and local area; even taking us to a small neighborhood store for a few essentials Studio apartment had a kitchen and is good for a couple, maybe even one small child for up to a week stay. Local area great to walk around and we visited Leca de Paleirma and Matosihnos one day with the beach. Porto a second day. And then a day outing to meet old friends in Barcelos and Ponte de Lima our 3rd day there. Parking usually available on site or closeby except maybe Saturday night which I think the local fort had an event and is free. We usually did breakfast in the room and 2 of 4 evening meals and ate the rest out. The local pastry shops are wonderful and the butcher closeby just as much. I highly recommend this accommodation, hosts, and location. I personally liked the beaches in Paleirma's area more than Matosihnos crowds and seaweed. Host couple were easy to contact on WhatsApp or phone and when we needed something or had a question, they answered or assisted. Thanks for the beach towel, umbrella and beach layout.

Can't really think of anything we didn't like. Water pressure was good. Flat was clean and in a quiet area.

Everything was perfect. Apartment is very cosy, clean, contains all necessary equipment and features. Very comfortable bed. Location is good, very close to the beach. Special thanks to Vasco and Marilia , the owners of the apartments, for the hospitality. They provided the best service: recommended the best places, sent a nice surprise on my birthday, and was very courteous.

Cute little apartment right by the beach! Walking distance aprox. 200 mt. Perfect choice for beach vacation in Proto. Super friendly owners! Offered us wine and chocolates as welcome presents. They had everything available in the apartment one could possibly need! Well thought and organised.

Balcony, coffee machine, little bottles of Port, good water pressure in the shower. Very quick walk to beach, nice restaurants and a small grocery store. Hosts were exceptionally kind and helpful, giving us a free lift from the airport and telling us about the local area.

Some salt, pepper and oil would’ve been really great for cooking!

Location near the beach. Had most of what we needed. Clean and good communication with host. A good kitchenette.

A bit small. 2 single beds pushed together. No view. No washing machine.

My wife and I had a very enjoyable week in August 2023 in studio apartment D at Leça da Palmeira. The studio apartment is on the first floor in a beautiful traditional building but fitted internally with a modern bathroom and kitchen area and a reliable modern lift/elevator. The apartment is located on a quiet residential narrow street that runs directly to the beach/seafront. The building is shared with residential families so there is a no noise policy after 10pm. Not somewhere to party but great if you just want quiet, clean, comfortable, well fitted, accommodation close to the beach but also within easy 10 minute walking distance to the Mercado metro and bus stops located about 10 minutes walk away just across the bridge near the port. The Metro runs directly into Porto or you can also get the 500 bus whihc follows the lovely Matosinhos coastal road right into the centre of Porto. There are a few restaurants and a handful of beach bars along the sea front which stretches for about a mile from the port wall to the lighthouse. There is also a large McDonalds on the sea front about 5 minutes walk from the apartment. We used the newly opened Brasao restaurant near the sea front twice. I had the best steak I have had for several years there! Hosts Vasco and Marilias were very helpful and easily available by whatsapp.

Everything was excellent. I couldn’t have a better experience. Thank you very very much! I would recommend 100%. Position super good and even very very close to the beach! Apartment modern and inside everything that we could need. Host too kind and nice! Just perfect!
