Overpriced. The little details are not taken care of. Feels like they put the minimum expected in the apartment but some things are not really thought.

There is a strange smell that comes from time to time, maybe from the drain in the kitchen sink? You get used to it, but that was the only negative.

Cristina met us to hand over the keys. We had a bit of trouble with communication at the start (before we met) but once we realised we both speak Spanish things went smoothly (Cristina doesn't speak much English.) She was very helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome. You can tell Cristina has put effort and money in to making the flat comfortable. Everything is very nicely done. A big plus were the double glazed windows that cut out a lot of sound from the street. The location was perfect for what we wanted. Our idea was to explore different areas by car and it's a great central point to be. The town doesn't have much to offer itself (especially in terms of places to eat) but that didn't affect us as we ate in other places or made food in the flat. The bed was very comfortable!

Only a few things could be improved upon really. Just a few more tea towels (there was only 1 and we did a lot of cooking), a couple of rolls of toilet paper (there was only about a quarter of a roll when we got there.) A few more kitchen utensils like a small pot (there was only a big one), a colander, some scissors... just basic things but nothing too important. One thing that would be good is to get the extractor fan in the bathroom working as the bathroom has no window and it had a humid smell. If you are a light sleeper you may want ear plugs as there is a bit of noise from the road, the neighbours kids and train. But that only affects you if you are a very light sleeper like me. My wife heard nothing at all and slept like a log. I'm a VERY light sleeper. But I mention it in case you are like me. All in all highly recommended.
