The location was great

The appartment had a few issues which need addressed: There is a problem with the drains so the bathroom has a really unpleasant smell. The second shower didn’t work well. The front door lock is really tricky to use; even when you are aware of the knack with it, it can take some time to open. No one had checked that the light bulbs were working, so we needed to move a lamp. It would have been good to leave instructions for the heating and the hob in the kitchen ( we had to look for the manual online). The luggage storage company that was recommended was not good; we booked, but when we arrived the employee had no idea what to do and couldn’t get in touch with his boss; he was unwilling to take our luggage!

Please read my review carefully before booking at this property. I will write my review with all honesty based on my experience. - the keys for the apartment are very far away from the property. If you have your luggage with you, then you need a taxi to go to the key pick up location. - there is no elevator so you need to carry your stuff multiple floors. - the building door is so hard to open that it might take 10 min (no kidding) each time you try to open in - the internet info provided is not correct. We had to check under the modem for the actual info , And it does not reach the bedroom only in the living room. - the bed is not clean. We found bugs on the cover (no kidding) - there is no tissue in the apartment. Only toilet paper in the bathroom. - and finally the worst thing, one day before checking out they sent it a message saying (check out is at 11am and if you stay 15 mins more, you’ll be charged for one more day + 50€) seriously? What kind of professionalism is this? Our flight was early in the morning so we left early but i was hoping to receive a more professional friendly message. For the last thing, i would never recommend this property to anyone.

The location was excellent, close to cafes and restaurants. It was quiet at night and very comfortable.

Location is great. Appartment is big and spacious. Heating was good. They have towells, Iron and similar. Multiple keys to be used. Friendly cooperation

Bathroom should be renovated. You just don't feel like taking a shower there. You can smell the mold. We had only one tee spoon, no dish detergent. Interiour doors cannot be locked/closed properly. It looks like it needs maintenance

Location is excellent.

The location is excellent. The layout of the rooms good. The bed good. When we brought issues to the managers, they were promptly addressed.

The shower sprayer was broken, there was only 1 fork, no wine glasses (they sent nice new ones), lights in diningroom didn't work, cooking smells from restaurant in courtyard were strong until late at night.
