Todo fue excelente, las instalaciones eran nuevas y en perfecto esdado,, no faltó de nada, incluso teniamos en la llegada una botella de vino, de agradecer.

Zentral gelegene, tolle Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung mit sehr aufmerksamem Gastgeber.

Direkt nebenan ist ein kleiner Hof, auf dem früh morgens bis spät abends gearbeitet wird.

It's a good place, clean and Pedro was nice.

The place is located in front of a container/trash yard and they start working every day at 11 pm. This is really annoying.

The location is perfect for exploring Ponta Delgada. Pedro went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of! We were able to drop a large bag off the week before our stay so we didn’t have to lug it to Terceira. He also arranged for us to drop our bags off the morning of our stay so we didn’t have to carry them around before we could check in. The apartment is all modern, very clean and had great amenities. There is plenty of space, we work remotely so we loved having the large table and couch area. The WiFi was super fast for us too. We highly recommend this place for the amazing host, perfect location, and comfortable modern design! 11/10

Everything was perfect!

I really love the facade of the house, it's a modern pearl inside of old city street. It was amazing to see a bottle of local wine on the table, 14 (!) espresso capsules. I do not drink coffee but anyway, it's cute. There were everything needed for live: kettle, forks / knives, plates, dishes. So I would find this place really good prepared till I got to the bathroom.

I enjoyed the apartment till I started notice that: some rust on the plumbing fixtures, yellow spots on white towels, some pieces of hair on the towel. Non-fresh smell, so moldy smell I may say. There was an impression that it was not cleaned enough or was cleaned while ago and there was no renters for some time. Also the shower zone itself is made of wood (!), real pieces of wood, which are not becoming dry by the evening after morning shower. I do not want to imagine what is underneath this wood, if the towels were not so clean. Another, more interior designer thing, there were a lot of caps. Cap on the floor covering something, cap on the wall, etc. So looks like the apparent was furnished differently back ago. But for some reason all of the inlets were remain put and just covered with the caps. This thing ruins the impression of amazing renovation inside. Bottom line, if it was cleaner, so it would be the amazing place to stay.

Location was perfect, and the apartment is spacious and cozy!

Nothing to declare, everything was really fine! Great experience.
