"Great apartment- warm welcome"

Location was great Apartment had everything needed and service was exceptional We were welcomed on arrival and shown everything and even given a nice welcome gift. The hairdryer broke while we were there and it was replaced with a new one the next morning

"Close to center but bad neighborhood"

Apartment is close to everything. Large windows and stocked kitchen utensils. Dishwasher and washing machine were help. Communication was ok.

We arrived around midnight because our flight was late and we had someone waiting for us, but were charged €30 late fee. Which is written in policies, but at this age when there are lock boxes, is unnecessary. We asked for extra towels because bide was leaking in bathroom (of which owner knew and apparently tried to fix) and we were staying 3 nights, but were not given any. I was told they give one large and one small for 6 night stay. As far as accommodation goes: cloud be cleaner, closet door in smaller bedroom was not working, living room has one couch and we were 4, bathroom is small and not enough hooks for towels. Noise on the street outside was constant and into the night as people are sitting on stairs and having a good time doing drugs, drinking and singing.

Location is very good

The cleaning is not good. The power goes out suddenly when we use heater and washing machine.
