Nos encantó la localización se puede ir al centro y al río andando, está en un barrio tranquilo y bonito donde pudimos aparcar con facilidad y sin pagar nada, el dueño nos dio muy buenas indicaciones para conocer la ciudad y donde comer cerca del apartamento. El apartamento es precioso y tiene dos zonas exteriores muy chulas.

El trato personal y cercano, una familia encantadora. Los dos apartamentos con mucho encanto, muchos detalles, limpio y todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda.

Le voisin du dessus qui n a pas été très correct avec nous il nous a crié dessus que cela fessait 3 soir qu on fessait du bruit hors nous n étions pas à l appartement tous les soirs Il aurait pu nous demander gentiment de faire moins de bruits

Location good, close to most highlighted tourist attractions, shops, restaurants and cafes. Hosts very supportive and friendly. I certainly would recommend this accommodation to my friends. My room has a terrace and a garden space which was extremely relaxing.

Nothing

Our host met us at the door. It was great that he let us check in early so we didn't have to drag out luggage around, as we arrived early in the day. Also it was great to meet our host in person as soon as we arrived. He showed us around the apartment, as well as gave us lots of good tips on where to eat and go sightseeing. Joao was very responsive to our questions and needs. The apartment was spacious and bright, and we enjoyed sitting on the terrance when the weather was nice. The neighborhood felt safe but was also within walking distance to restaurants and shops. It was also not far from the metro station and the bus stop if one needed to adventure farther. The apartment faced away from the street so it was quiet at night. We did not cook but the kitchen had all the essentials if we needed to. We were able to use the washing machine to do some laundry, which was super helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Only two minor things - the bathroom faucet had a side hose that was a bit rusty. We did not use that hose so it was not a big deal for us. And there was only hand soap in the bathroom, so we couldn't wash hands in the kitchen. It would have been more convenient if there were another bottle of hand soap in the kitchen but again it was not a big deal.

Location was perfect very close to attractions but far enough away for peace and quiet

After a long day of traveling wr found the owner to overbearing with his welcome. Although we kept in contact even to the point we let him know we were on the metro we had to wait 20 minutes outside the apartment. Then it took another 10 minutes just to get in the door. He then insisted on showing us the apartment we had not booked. When asked we told the owner we didn’t smoke but he insisted on telling us about smoking in the apartment and the alarms. We must of repeated at least 10 times we don’t smoke but it made no difference. He also said if we caused trouble he would call the police. I’ve never been told this in 30 years of travelling. He then noticed the hot water hadn’t been turned on so we had to wait for this to have a shower. He also went to his office and came back with a bag of stale biscuits, lovely! Such a shame as the apartment was very nice.
