Perfect location, very charming

A lot of noise all day and all night, there is no sound isolation from the street we could hear people talk and every car or horn specially late at night. It was in the reviews but we did not expect that much noise. there was a water leak directly on the restrooms that woke us up i' the morning but it was fixed during the day.

Interesting property. Parking was a block away, parking is non existent closer. We didn’t have an issue with noise, but construction in this city is ridiculous! Not the property’s fault. Apt is on the 1st floor, which is really the 2nd floor. You do need to let the agency know if you want the sofa bed prepared , which we didn’t. But they came around the next day to prepare it. Would have been nice just to have it ready. The unit itself was set up very well, we had coffee pods for the first morning, much appreciated. Towels sucked! Found stains on the bedding which made us wonder 🤔Grocery store a little walk, Shops and restaurants near by, but everything is a bit of a walk, uphill, then downhill, lol. Don’t miss going to a fishing village across the river for a dinning treat! It takes planning, but well worth it! We travelled by car, but parking was a nightmare. We did a lot of walking!
