Very convenient. Easy parking. Large apartment.

There are some small inexpensive improvements that could be made to make this apartment 9/10. No kettle or toaster. No plug for kitchen sink. Shower had to be hand held and shower curtain did not fit properly so water got all over the bathroom floor.
