Fantastic trip. I love the way i an taken care of. So easy to get keys and the wifi is great. Clara on reception was particularly helpful and could not have been more pleasant and efficient. I have been coming to the apartment for years and recommend it to all of my friends.

The location of the apartment was perfect with an amazing view to the sea. The reception staff is nice and welcoming, but the process of getting the deposit back needs to be more fast specially for people who have flights and travellers.

The apartment equipment was weak, and the kitchen equipment also wasn’t good.

apartment is spacious and has views of the sea. Note, it depends on the apartment you are given. Another apartment could meet all the expectations.

Missing Oven, sofa or sofa bed and/or comfortable chair to sit on. Had to sit on plastic garden furniture to watch tv or single bed with 2 pillars, both un-comfortable. Had to drag out unit Microwave and toaster were sited on to plug into an extension lead. Only 1 item at a time could be plugging in. Mattress on double bed was very hard, managed 5 days before having to sleep on the slightly better single bed in the lounge. Fridge rust on the outside, microwave rust inside on the door frame and where the door sits against the frame. Unfortunately, this apartment has not had any money spent on it for a long time and Torres Mira Praia by Garvetur should have taken the owners to task. It does not match the pictures put up on Booking.com, so this also makes them appear bad which should not be the case. Did try to get another apartment but was told by reception the other one would be the same. I therefore sum up that someone is not doing their job and ensuring that these apartments at to the correct detail being advertised.

Fantastic view, location and great customer service from Alanna who went above and beyond my expectations to ensure that I had a wonderful holiday.

I don’t think anything ( except perhaps some English channels on to) could have been better. Hard to improve on perfection which is why I keep going back.
