La proximité avec l’océan que l’on voit et entend depuis l’appartement, avec le sentier côtier (chemin de Saint-Jacques). Plages accessibles à pied. Pas loin non plus du centre de Viana (en voiture). Peu de commerces accessibles à pied mais quand même une bonne boulangerie et un minimarket. Hôtes accueillants et réactifs, grand appartement, calme de l’emplacement, petit jardin avec rosiers, lave-linge accessible..

L’appartement est grand et peu meublé et donc il y a de la résonance. On peut aussi entendre les voisins du dessus. Un peu plus de vaisselle aurait été apprécié.
