The size of the apartment for three male adults was perfect. Lots of room. The wi-fi was powerful and reached all areas of the apartment. Everything was spotlessly clean. The host left a lovely, well appreciated gift for us on arrival. Great powerful shower with lots of hot water. Overall a great experience!

The owners really NEEDS to ensure that someone is at the apartment to hand over the apartment keys on arrival. We had to wait over 40-minutes before someone eventually turned up, despite 2 phone calls requesting access. This has happened to me before at the same apartment so this incident is not a one-off situation. This is not good especially when you have heavy luggage, or there is some bad weather around. PLEASE GET IT SORTED!

Great location - very quiet residential area and only a 10 minute walk from the centre of Tavira. Supermarket, cafes and park less than 4 minutes away. Rooms were all spacious and the external roller blinds were fantastic at keeping out daylight (and I guess sound). Basement car park was very handy, but unless you’re an expert at manoeuvring between columns and tight corners you would be advised to hire a small - medium car.

The washing machine was old, moved about and leaked a bit during the wash cycle, and had a fixed spin speed of 600 rpm which meant clothes came out clean but fairly damp.

Location and size was excellent. the host was exceptional easy to work with.

AC, patio, responsiveness of the host. parking was easy. the flat was nice and cozy. spacious. easy access to the highways. walking distance to central Tavira.

Very homely, spacious and secure in a quiet, modern location close enough to walk to the town centre (about 10-15 minutes). There is a supermarket just round the corner as are a couple of cafés. The small outdoor area near the kitchen is good for a sunshine breakfast. A parking space is allocated in the underground car park. Having two bathrooms is very useful.
