B11 - Beach Way Apartment

The room was comfortable and clean, and the location was excellent. It is within walking distance of the city center, and the marina is also very close, which made it very convenient. The balcony and the grill were a very nice bonus and added to the overall experience. Overall, our stay was quite enjoyable, with only a few minor issues.

We were not informed in advance that the pool was under maintenance, which was disappointing. Some amenities were only replenished when housekeeping came by. One evening we were accidentally locked out on the balcony because the doors cannot be opened from the outside. When we called reception for help, the staff member said that this situation “usually doesn’t happen,” and when asked how long it would take for someone to assist us, replied that “they go when they go,” which came across as a bit rude. Thankfully, the maintenance staff member who came to help arrived quickly and was very friendly.

L’appartamento si trova in un ottima posizione. Ampio, ben fornito e molto moderno (soprattutto la cucina e il bagno)

L’appartamento nel complesso non aveva una pulizia profonda e attenta ai dettagli (c’era un capello su un cuscino appena arrivate).
