"Superficial but tidy and comfortable"

Large rooms clean and tidy

We had trouble getting in as no power but soon fixed. It is superficial with plastic plants etc.not homely atmosphere Would have been nice to have basic cleaning items rubbish bags rea towels etc. No dishwasher

"Very good stay, but the service and offices are rude and didn't help a lot..."

Excellent apartment and location

We requested with many days of anticipation an early check in, and told us that on the day we can ask. It wasnt possible so we ended receiving the keys at 5pm. So on the check out day at little more than 10am the lady of cleaning is already there!! Why so soon and then on my check in I couldn't get the early check in... Disappointed in that

"Our family really enjoyed it - lovely apartment, spotless and great proximity to everything"

Accommodation was excellent, v family friendly - lovely pool area - would highly recommend

Picking up the key was a bit annoying when after travelling all day - also hard to find on Google maps, would be helpful if it's proximity to Aldi was stated
