Das Appartement liegt sehr zentral in Funchal, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Mit über 100m2 hat man zu viert viel Platz. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder, ein separates Esszimmer und ein großes Wohnzimmer, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Und dann gibt es noch 2 Terrassen, die nach vorne ist voll möbliert. Außerdem gibt es als großes Plus eine Tiefgarage, die in der Altstadt Gold wert ist. Fatima ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden das Appartement jederzeit wieder buchen.

Very clean, spacious apartment, hosts were incredibly generous with what was left for us, meats, cheese, biscuits, maderia, wine, bus tickets etc. Location very good. Apartment very well equipped we cooked in 3 times and lacked for nothing. Overall would recommend this apartment highly.

Nothing was a concer

Spacious, clean, beautiful outdoor areas, cozy sun room. Responsive manager, excellent house keeper, dependable maintenance man.

Good location, walking distance to city center. Silent house (only some traffic noise before/after working hours). Car park available in the house.

Generally, the apartment is outdated and should be updated. The apartment lacked totally all comfort & coziness (no carpets, textiles, decoration, minimum amount of furniture) - was like living in a hospital room... Of course, it is easy/quick to clean, but not nice for customer. No reading lamp...had to buy one! Kitchen lamps broken. Small/old TV in a big living room - please buy a new one.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist für kurze Spaziergänge oder Einkäufe in Funchal bestens geeignet! Man ist in 8 Minuten am Hafen oder im Supermarkt. In der hauseigenen Tiefgarage ist das Fahrzeug gut und sicher abgestellt. Mit dem Aufzug ist man dann sehr schnell an der Wohnungseingangstüre. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allen möglichen Geräten. Bei Ankunft hat man uns sogar mit Wein und einem kleinen Snack begrüßt. Wir konnten auch schon gleich nach unserer Ankunft in die Wohnung. Wir haben besonders das Frühstück mit Sonnenaufgang genossen. Die Wohnung kann bestens weiterempfohlen werden.

Teils sehr enge Tiefgarageneinfahrt die dann auch sehr steil nach unten führt. Mit größerem SUV kommt man nicht rein... Wir hatten einen VW T-Roc und da ging alles gerade so gut....

Lovely spacious apartment in a great location. 3 bedrooms rather than two as indicated on the website. Very clean with comfortable beds. Two excellent balconies, but we went with friends and larger (with table) was off their room, and didn't feel right to go via their bedroom. Balcony off living room was big enough for four although a small table would have been nice. Great kitchen and much appreciated welcome pack.

Very well located, lots of space, all the amenities you need.

The pillows were too soft, but that is a personal preference
