The hosts are quick to respond. The place is very clean. The instructions from the hosts are clear. The place is closed to a metro, grocery stores and restaurants.

The location is excellent for this part of Lisbon. You are on a quiet street. But only a few minutes walk to Aldi, where you can walk through and be on the Av. Liberdade the most expensive shopping street in Lisbon. The owner was responsive to all questions and instructions It had a washing machine, two AC units, and a new TV.

The apartment itself is comfortable for two people. For three or more, you have to use the sofa for a bed, which means you have to unmake it every day to have a place to sit. They have no chairs to sit in, only stools, which makes it an uncomfortable place. A coffee table would also be nice and some suitcase stand. The apartment is furnished minimumally. Could use a better coffee pot, some smaller plates and bowls, and more cooking essentials. Should provide some shower gel and maybe some paper towels to help keep the place clean.

Excellent, spacious accommodation for two. Modern fittings and appliances in a traditional building. Good sound insulation at night. Effective air-conditioning. Responsive host. Close to Metro station, restaurants and groceries.

Only one set of keys - less convenient.

Property was in a great location. Close to shops and places to eat out.

The couch was broken and there ended up being workman there during our stay which wasn't ideal. The blinds in the lounge could be changed to actually fit the windows. At times it felt like the neighbours could see right into the apartment so not much privacy.
