Apartamento Ideal 2

No pudimos utilizar la piscina porque no tenían las tarjetas de acceso. El ruido de los aviones es ensordecedor, no deja dormir.

Everything was great.

There were no problems.

Big and very nice apartment. The staff is kind and polite. Felt like home.

Good kitchen, there are different types of glasses and a lot of useful stuff that simplify your cooking. Bedrooms well separated from kitchen, rooms are comfortable. Good location as for me.

There was some little issues that can be fixed, for example toilet door doesn’t close properly

The property was centrally located and was quite big

The flush in the toilet was broken and garbage bin smelled so bad. The place was a bit noisy as it is in the ground floor

Good location. Had a washing machine

We did not use the dishwasher so some towels for drying dishes would have been good. Larger tea/ coffee mugs also absent.

The apartment was very dirty we stayed our last 3 days here no hot water it really was unacceptable. They refused to call a person to fix because it was weekend more money. Did give us partial refund wasn't enough for what we went through. Not good no hot water

Customer service, not excuses. So many texts to manager ruined our last 3 nights in Lisbon,Portugal
