Entire floor parque nacoes prime apartments expo30

The apartment is an excellent size and comfortable. There is a parking garage which was easy enough to get the hire cars into and two lifts up to the apartment. The apartment has the entire floor to itself and is effectively the first floor above the ground floor. You can walk from the flat direct to expo via a bridge without going down to the street. Iria who we met for access is lovely and very helpful. We were able to get in earlier to drop out bags and met the cleaner who was nice and spent a lot of time getting the floors, bathrooms and kitchens spotless. It took about ten minutes at most from here to the airport by uber and getting an uber was very easy as there are plenty nearby. The main shopping centre is about 15 minutes walk with a huge “continent”. Closest metro is probably Cabo Ruivo rather than Oriente.

There is a lack of some living items; mugs for coffee seemed to be in short supply as an example. We did wonder if that was by choice though as some guests might well leave the hosts with an unreasonable volume of dirty mugs and plates if given too many. Some of the ac units seemed to struggle; the twin bedroom didn’t get as cool as the others. Some kitchen items were not that clean as were the cupboards. It is a huge flat so in practical terms it is probably challenging for the cleaning team to check everything.

- The location is excellent for a weekend stay in one of my favorite areas of Lisbon, Parque das Naçoes. Near Oceanario, there's also a "Padaria Portuguesa" nearby, which is a great coffee / breakfast spot. Easy access to the highway. - The apartment is spacious, full of space and good light, despite being a 2nd floor. Fantastic living room and kitchen space, good separation to the bedroom area, which is great for the kids. Fantastic suite, with walking closet. - The bedrooms are spacious and there're are 3 bathrooms, which is super helpful for families. - The parking spot is a big plus and the entrance to the building is safe and dedicated to the apartment

- It was an excellent stay, nothing major, but for a rather new building, the insulation is rather poor. We could hear all the cars and there were was a night where motorbikes were speeding, so you could hear it all. Nothing that the hosts can be done, but rather disappointing for a modern Lisbon building. - Some of the bathrooms showers were a bit clogged, an easy fix, but worth noting. Nothing major again.

Very clean, staff were friendly, kitchen and wash room facilities were great! It was a nice space, photos were very true to what you get.

One of the bathrooms didn’t have hot water, staff did come to try to fix it but it wasn’t able to be fixed during our stay. There were other things broken like our sliding door on the balcony wouldn’t lock.

1. The furnishing, decor and cleanliness of the huge luxurious apartment. 2. Location for Oriente/Expo/Parque Nacoes. 3. Private covered parking.

Waiting to receive the keys and delay at check in, despite an agreed meeting time. This disrupted our plans for the rest of the day.

Nothing really

This apartment was perfect for our family! It was very spacious and comfortable. The location was great - about a 10 minute walk to the metro, train station, the mall, and restaurants. Really liked that we could park our car here and not have to drive it into central Lisbon. The host was very responsive; we had a minor issue, and he was quick to respond and resolve it. Would definitely stay here again when we visit Lisbon!

Great nice large clean apartment in an excellent location

The tv is kinda old .

The apartment is large and very nicely decorated. Many restaurants and shops nearby. An ideal place to work and rest. The owner Ricardo is very polite. I recommend.
